Alicia Murray, BA, Intern, believes everyone has a unique story and she wants to hear your story. Alicia knows that asking for help can be hard. She wants to help make sure you are the director in the movie that is your life. The keys to the future you envision are already inside of you. Sharing your life experiences provides the connection needed to move forward and begin the healing process. Alicia is here to offer hope and help you find what motivates you to achieve your potential and goals. Alicia’s counseling approach is warm, authentic, and respectful.
Alicia has over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. She has worked primarily with adolescents and at-risk youth in residential treatment settings. She also has experience working with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Alicia received a BA in Psychology from the Metropolitan State University of Denver and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University.
