Amanda Bickel, MSW, LSW is a dedicated therapist committed to helping you achieve your goals and aspirations. Amanda knows how important it is to feel seen and supported in therapy. She offers a warm non-judgmental space where clients can show up just as they are. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, or challenges with eating and body image, Amanda takes a collaborative and trauma-informed approach. She works alongside you to explore what you’re carrying and find tools that fit your values and daily life. Amanda believes healing looks different for everyone and prioritizes self-compassion, empowerment, and connection in her work.
Amanda received her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Denver, with a concentration in mental health. She enjoys working with children (5+), adolescents, and adults in individual and family therapy. She is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and the Flash Technique. Amanda incorporates play and art-based interventions with children and supports clients with eating disorders in healing their relationship with food, body, and self.
