Tyler Lamy, MA, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor and clinical supervisor in both Colorado and Arizona.  He is focused on ensuring that his clients feel trusted and accepted, regardless of what brings them in for treatment.  Tyler most enjoys working with teens (12-18y/o) and adults (18+) on a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief/loss.  Tyler takes a person-centered approach to help clients better understand how they are personally equipped to handle the many challenges they may face in life.

Tyler received his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University and has been practicing therapy for over 7 years.  He is trained in several therapeutic techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), person-centered therapy, play therapy, and trauma-informed care, among others. Tyler also provides supervision for several of our interns.
